Leadership and advertising share the same end goal—making someone do what the seller wants them to do. To succeed at either requires using the same tactic—using your unique selling points to create a message that people will listen to and act upon. Getting people to listen requires employing your stature or your speaking or writing ability or perhaps your expertise to command attention. Once you have it, you can use your selling points to seal the deal.
