Google is changing their policy of how they use their users’ photos and names in advertising starting November 11th. Previously Google has been against using their users’ personal data and photos in their advertising. This upcoming change will bring their policies more in line with how other social networking sites, such as Facebook, use user data in advertising. It is important to note that Google will allow users to opt out of having their information used in this way.
