A recently published letter written in 1482 to the Duke of Milan shows his genius as a “marketer.” The letter is a request for employment in making machinery for war. It offers ten perfectly written points that in the current era might get click-throughs on the internet. Then it casually offers to make a sculpture of the Duke’s father. The letter is a must-read.
